The Smash Stack zip file you downloaded should have a “private” folder. We recommend renaming it to “private_old”, or something along those lines. This is where all of the custom stages went, and is effectively your backup of the custom stages. If you did step 1, you should see a folder called “private”. As the Homebrew Channel is not officially sanctioned by Nintendo, you can’t just download it from the Nintendo e-shop.
